Tattoo artists are intelligent, caring, and passionate people, self-employed individuals and small business owners. We are working people who live in the state, our homes and families are here. Two way communication between licensed Professional Tattoo Artists and the Department of Public Health is necessary to ensure that we’re all working toward the same goals
