Six Universities in Connecticut Named Among Nation's Best Business Schools

Six universities in Connecticut have been recognized as having an outstanding business school by The Princeton Review®, which has published a list of the “Best Business Schools for 2024.”

Making the list compiled by the education services company are the on-campus MBA programs at:

  •   Sacred Heart University - Jack Welch College of Business & Technology

  •   University of Connecticut - School of Business

  •   University of Hartford - The Barney School of Business

  •   Quinnipiac University - School of Business

  •   Yale University - Yale School of Management

  •   Fairfield University - The Charles F. Dolan School of Business

The Princeton Review editors weigh more than 60 data points in making selections for the annual lists, ranging from academic offerings, faculty, and career services to admission and graduation rates, according to officials.

Top schools were identified in each of 18 categories; Best MBA for Consulting  was determined to be offered by Yale University, the only Connecticut school to top the list in one of those categories.

Editors assembled the rankings based on survey data collected in 2024 from administrators from 244 schools. The Princeton Review also surveyed 21,500 students, asking them to rate their school’s academics, professors, administrators, and career services, and to report on campus culture as well as their career plans.

The Princeton Review is an education services company providing tutoring, test preparation and admission resources for students. It was founded in 1981, and since that time has worked with over 400 million students.
