Vaneesha Dutra, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Finance, School of Business at Howard University, commented that “As we prepare for a large number of Baby Boomer retirements, policymakers must contend with a population and workforce that has seen significant shifts over the past few decades. This will require a new "playbook," ensuring that policies meet the needs of a younger and more diverse constituency.”
