The Commission requests a report from the CSUS System in Spring 2020 to be updated on the progress toward the planned 2023 merger of the 12 community colleges into a single institution. The Commission requests particular emphasis on how the proposed institution will meet the Commission's standards on Organization and Governance, The Academic Program, Students, and Institutional Resources.
